1.ランディングページ(LP)をリニューアルしました!
ランディングページとは主に「ネット広告やリンクをクリックしたときに表示されるWebページ」のことを指し、一番最初に目にする詳細ページのようなものでしょうか。Toko-Tokoだと https://toko-toko.id があたります。 ここのページをいかに伝わりやすくするかで登録者数が増えていくと考え、常に改善を重ねています。今回、大幅に改善させて登録のフローを画像としても見やすくしました！
2.ユーザー動向・分析を強化しました！
Toko-Tokoに興味を持ってくれているポテンシャルユーザーの動向や趣向、属性をより細かく把握するため、サイト訪問の分析を強化しています! 一例だと、Facebook Pixel を導入してFacebook広告に対して反応した人たちの属性や趣向を認識できるようになりました。

3.ラマダン中のモールの様子@Surabaya
インドネシアで1年で最も激しい大商戦が始まるのは今年は6月2週目の「レバラン」(「Hari Raya Idul Fitri」とも言う)ですが、ラマダン中もモールはお祭りのようにイベントやセールが目白押しになっています。先週はインドネシアの祝日が各所に散りばめられていたこともあり、どこのモールもとても混んでいました。
最後に
私事ですが、先週は体調が優れず現地の病院に通っていました。初めてなくらい結構バテバテな上、インドネシアの病院は日本と仕組みが違うので苦労しました。改めて、体調管理は大事だなと感じました。みなさんも季節の変わり目(これはインドネシア語では使わない表現ですが！)なので体調管理には気をつけてください！

1.Landing page was renewed!
Landing page, or simply called as LP, is that mainly "Web page which is displayed when we click the link or web advertisement", the very first page of explanation pages. In Toko-Toko, it is https://toko-toko.id .
We think LP is the most important factor for attracting more registrants, and we are constantly trying to make improvements. This time, we improved the Toko-Toko's LP significantly and made it easy to see the registration flow in an image form!
2.Updated user trends and analysis settings
We are strengthening the analysis of site visits to grasp the trends, preferences, and attributes of the Potential users interested in Toko-Toko. For example, we introduced Facebook Pixel to recognize the attributes and preferences of people who responded to Facebook advertisements.

3. Ramadhan celebration in the mall @ Surabaya
The most severe big sale in one year in Indonesia is started to celebrate Lebaran or also called as Hari Raya Idul Fitri on 2nd week of June. During in month of Ramadhan many malls hold events and SALEs. Especially last week, there were 2 national holidays in one week, had many holidays on a week, all of the places including malls were crowded with people.
Lastly
As for me, I was sick and went to the local hospital last week. It was a hard experience for me since the Indonesian hospital is totally different with the Japanese one, plus I was not in my best condition. Again, I felt that self-management is important. Please take care of your health during season change!

1.登録者へのインタビューを開始しました！
開発段階で協力してくださっていたショップオーナーの方々にサービスの紹介をおこない、登録＆サービスの使い勝手に関してのフィードバックをもらっています。意外なポイントでのつまづきがあったり、使いづらいところを一緒に探すことができるのでインタビューの度に新しい発見があります。またフィードバックを開発チームに報告することで迅速に改善をしてくれるので、UIによって登録へのスムーズさが上がっていることを実感することができます。
2.開発チームでDaily scrumを開始しました！
Scrumから学んだ手法の1つで、毎日、チームメンバーが自身の作業の進捗内容を共有する時間を取っています。短い時間でも進捗を各々が振り返り、共有する時間を取ることで現状の問題点やチーム内で解決の手助けをすることができるようになります。各々の作業になることが多い開発チームなので、意識的にタスクの振り返り、共有の時間を取るようにしています。
3.JakartaでKost(コス)を探しています！
JakartaにOfficeを構えたので、今度はJakartaでの居住先を探しています！Jakartaは家賃がとても高いため手頃な価格な部屋を探すことはとても困難です。Apartmentは東京くらいの相場なので、現在はKost(コス)という少しリーズナブルな下宿所タイプの部屋を探しています。ローカル感漂う部屋からホテルのような部屋まで探せば幅広くあるらしく、今後しっかり満足のいく部屋を見つけたいと思っています。日本人でも住心地のいいKostをご存知の方、ぜひ情報をください！！！
最後に
バタバタしているうちに会社として一旦Surabayaを離れることになりました。Surabayaではお礼を言い足りないくらい沢山の人達にお世話になりました。これからはJakartaに拠点を移して引き続きがんばります。また早くSurabayaでプロジェクトを作ってSurabayaに戻ってきたいです。

1.Started interview for new registrants!
We introduced Toko-Toko to shop owners who gave their cooperation during the development stage and received feedback on the usability of registration and service. There is always new discovery in every interview. Also, by reporting feedback to the development team, we can make the improvements quicker. We also realize that the smoothness of registration is rising by UI.
2.Started Daily scrum in Development team!
By using Daily scrum, each developer shares their work progress with the team members. Also by sharing the progress, it is easier to solve the current problems and give help to the team. Since basically development team work independently, we try to consciously review the task and take time to share.
3.Looking for a Kos in Jakarta!
Since we set up an office in Jakarta, we are currently looking for accommodation in Jakarta! Jakarta has a very high rent so it is very difficult to find an affordable room. The standard price of an apartment in Jakarta is almost same as in Tokyo, so I I am currently looking for a room in the boarding house called Kost (Kos). The kost have a wide range of room type, from a local feeling room to a hotel-like room, I would like to find a satisfactory room! If you have any information about cozy kost in Jakarta, please give us information!!!!!!
Lastly
Through busy days, we will move our office to Jakarta from Surabaya. I really was thankful to all Surabaya friends who have helped me! I'm so sorry that I can't say thank you directly to everyone. From June, I will stay in Jakarta and will continue to work hard! At the same time, I will try to make the new project for business trip to Surabaya soon. Thank you!

1. Toko-Toko ベータ版リリースしました！
遂にToko-Tokoをリリースしました！いよいよ、公式にユーザー登録が可能になりました。 インドネシアでオンラインショップを開設したい人、インドネシアでオンラインショップをはじめているがいまいち効果が上がっていない人はぜひ使ってみてください。周りにそんなお友達がいたら、ぜひToko-Tokoを紹介してあげてください！同時にユーザーの皆様からのフィードバックを非常に欲しているので、使用した感想などお待ちしています！
2.Tech in Asia Singaporeに参加しました!
5月15日、16日に JETROさんのサポートによりSuntec convention centerで行われたTech in Asiaに参加してきました。日本のスタートアップ企業23社が2日間の日程で分かれ、私たちは2日目の5月15日にブース出展をしました。東南アジアにフォーカスしたVCの方々と沢山コンタクトを取ったり、インドネシア以外の方から「使ってみたい」の声をいただきとても収穫の多いイベント参加になりました。今後もこのようなイベントに出展し、協業できる企業様やVCの方に興味を持ってもらいたいと思います。
3. Startup Thailandに参加しました！
5月17日から5月20日まで 福岡市のサポートによりQueen sirikit convention centerで行われた Startup Thailandに参加してきました。タイ政府が前面サポートしているタイで最大のスタートアップのためのイベントでした。参加国もタイ以外にチリ、フランス、インドネシア、ベトナム、マレーシア、シンガポール、台湾(順不同)からもスタートアップが集まり、まさにスタートアップの祭典と言って過言でないような規模でした。来場者は、学生からテクノロジーに興味のある一般企業の人まで本当に幅広く、タイの生の声を聴くにはとても適した場でした。Toko-Tokoのサービスは、想像を遥かに超える好感触で今すぐ使いたい！という人が続出し、タイ版へのアップデートをお待ちいただく形になりました…!インドネシア版のリリースをしたばかりですが、はやくタイへの対応が出来るようになるように業界の勉強からスケジュール決めまで急いで組んでいくことになりそうです!
4.プロジェクトマネージメント手法を導入しました!
Toko-Tokoのプロジェクト管理のために、prince2 と scrumを導入し、使用し始めました。 国をまたいでおこなうプロジェクトは管理やコミュニケーションが難しいところもありますが、新しい手法を用いて無駄を減らし、目標に対して正しい方向で進めれるようにしていきたいと思います。
最後に
2018年は5月17日よりラマダンが開始されました。またその数日前の5月13日、14日にはスラバヤで自爆テロが相次ぎました。私が拠点にしている地域であり、私の友人も馴染みのある教会での事件でとても心が痛みました。幸い、私も同居しているJulianaも無事です。宗教を切り離して生活できない国がインドネシアですが、どの宗教に関してもリスペクトする姿勢を持ち続けていたいなと感じました。危険を事前に察知することは簡単ではありませんが、こまめに安否を知らせるなど心配してくれる人たちを心配させないように心がけていきたいと思います。

1.Toko-Toko β Version is Released!
Finally, the new version of Toko-Toko is released! Soon people will be able to register. Those who wish to open an online shop in Indonesia, those who want to start an online shop in Indonesia, but who have not gotten any result, please try using it. Feel free to introduce Toko-Toko if there are such friends surround you! At the same time, we really appreciate any feedback from the users, I am waiting for your impression of our service!
2. Attended Tech in Asia Singapore!
We attended Tech in Asia which was held at Suntec Convention Center by JETRO's support on 15th May and 16th May. 23 Japanese startup companies shared the booths within 2 days and anect got the opportunity on the second day. We got many contacts with VC who focused on Southeast Asia and also received the voices like a "want use it!" and "Plase expand Toko-Toko to other countries!". We hope we can participate in these kind of events again in the future.
3.Attended Startup Thailand!
We attended Startup Thailand which was held at Queen Sirikit Convention Center from 17th May to 20th May with the support of Fukuoka city. It was the largest start-up event held by Government of Thailand. In addition of Thailand, this event was also attended by companies from Chile, France, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. It's such a "The Festival of Startup" in term of variety and participatory. Visitors ranged from students to general corporate people who are interested in technologies. And it's also a good opportunity to listen to the newest trend in Thailand E-commerce. We also got lots of awesome reactions from Thai market beyond our expectation! Although we just released Toko-Toko Indonesia ver. about 4days ago, we will make development for reaching Thailand people too. We are trying our best to be able to answer the call from Thailand market!
4. Introduced Project management frameworks.
We started using prince2 and scrum as project management frameworks for Toko-Toko. The goal is to align efforts with business objectives and reduce waste.
Lastly
Ramadhan 2018 started on 17th May. However some sad news came a few days before on 13th May and 14th May, 2 suicide bombings went off in Surabaya. It's in the area where I am based in, and those news really broke my heart. Indonesia is a country where the religion cannot be separated with daily life, however, I hope that every religion can respect each other, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Actually, it is not easy to detect danger in advance, but I would like to try not to worry too much, I also would like to give some short announce about my situations to everyone that was worried and cared about my conditions in these last few weeks. Juliana and I are safe.

1.Jakartaに事務所開設!
遂にJakartaにanectの事務所を設けました！場所はロケーションと施設内の雰囲気を重視してジャカルタの中心地であるJakarta PusatのUOBplazaビルの32階にある、EV-hive内です。5月に拡大されたばかりの新しいところです！ジャカルタを見渡せます！オフィスからの眺めもとてもいいのでぜひお近くにいらした際はお声がけください！
2.ASEANビジネスに関する意見交換会に出席しました！
木村が フォーラム21（ http://www.forum21.gr.jp/ )の分科会に招待され「ASEANでビジネスを行っているスタートアップ」という立場でASEAN でビジネスをする上での課題や不足している支援等について提言しました。
3.Tech in Asia Singapore とStartup Thailand に参加します!
珍しく先週についてではなく、今週のことについて告知します！笑
5/16(水曜日)にTech in Asia Singapore 内にブースを出展します。会期2日目です。 今回JETRO SINGAPOREに日本のスタートアップという枠でお声をかけていただき、このような機会をいただきました。ありがとうございます。

5/17(木曜日) ~ 5/20(日曜日) ではタイのバンコクでStartup Thailandに出展します。 こちらは、福岡市から招待いただき、福岡発のスタートアップという枠で参加させていただきます。 ありがとうございます。
どちらもStartupの中ではとても有名なビッグイベントです。 Gladysと三島でブースを出しますので、もし来られる予定のある方はanectブースまで足を運んでもらえると喜びます。
4.英語版のサービス紹介ムービーを作成しました!
展示会出展に際して、来場者にむけたサービス紹介のためのムービーを作成しました！これを用いて展示会では沢山の来場者の方に興味を持ってもらいたいと思います。
最後に
今回、日本からのサポートでシンガポール、タイへの出張です。日本からも沢山支援しただいていることを強く感じながら、参加させてもらうからには多くの収穫をインドネシア、日本に持ち帰りたいと思っています!

Finally, we set up an office in Jakarta! It's located on the 32nd floor of UOBplaza in Central Jakarta. The space is newly opened with a super nice view! If you have any chance, please feel free drop by!!!
2. Attended an opinion exchange meeting on ASEAN business
Ichiro Kimura was invited to the Forum 21's subcommittee, and he gave a speech in term of difficulties of running a business in ASEAN and the problem due to lack of support in running a startup company in ASEAN.
3. We will attend in Tech in Asia Singapore and Startup Thailand
We will exhibit our booth in Tech in Asia Singapore on Wednesday, May 16. This time we are invited by JETRO Singapore as "Japanese Startup Company".

In addition, We will also exhibit at Startup Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand from Thursday, May 17 to Sunday May 20.
For this event we are invited by Fukuoka City as "Startup company from Fukuoka".
Both are very famous big events for Startup companies. Gladys and I will stand by in our company booth, so please make sure to drop by if you have any chance to come!
4. Created an English version of our service introduction movie.
We created a service introduction movie in English for visiter! We hope we can attract a lot of visitors with this video.

In this time, we can go on the business trip to Singapore and Thailand with big support from Japan. I can feel a strong support from Japan, and by this we would like to bring the great result back to both Indonesia and Japan! Thank you.

1. Toko-Toko Tシャツ完成しました!
先週オーダーしていたTシャツが完成したのでインドネシアチームで早速着用して写真を撮りました! こんな感じです！裏のバーコードはもちろん実際に読み取れるので歩いているだけで宣伝できるすぐれものです。今後このTシャツを着てイベントやインタビューに出かけていきます!
2. 前田が Ruby X Elixir Conf Taiwan 2018に参加しました！
4月27日、4月28日にRubyと Elixirの言語についてのカンファレンスが台湾で行われました。弊社ではRuby、Elixir 共に使用しているので、参加してきました。
海外のカンファレンスでしたが、日本からの登壇者も数多く参加していました。（なんと登壇者の1/3が日本人で、その殆どが Ruby エンジニア。Elixir の発表者は 1人でした。）カンファレンスでは、Ruby 作者の まつもとゆきひろ さん（matz）による Ruby3x3 へ向けた取り組み、具体的には「Ruby3x3 は次期バージョンの Ruby3 では現バージョンの Ruby2 に比べて3倍速くするという目標」との紹介や Ruby の最新開発動向についての紹介がありました。
3. Toko-Tokoのサービス資料を作成しました!

4. 訪問インタビューを開始しました!
JakartaのSENOPATI GREAT SALEと Indie clothing expoに趣き、ショップを経営している人たちに対してToko-Tokoについて説明しデモを見てもらうという訪問インタビューを始めました。オンラインショップを持ちたいと思っている人、既に作ってしまったけど弊社のサービス価格の手頃さに驚いてくれる人など興味を持ってその場で登録してくれる人多数でした。

1.Received Toko-Toko T-shirts ordered.
Since we received The T-shirts which we ordered last week, we Indonesia team took photos with wearing the T-shirt! That's it is! It is great because backside QR printed can scan directly and jump to Toko-Toko web site.We will go outside like events and interviews with this T-shirt for promoting service!
2. Tamaki Maeda Participated in Ruby X Elixir Conf Taiwan 2018！
On 27th and 28th April conference about Ruby and Elixir was held in Taiwan. anect use both Ruby and Elixir languages for development, so Tamaki Maeda attended the conference.Though overseas conference, there are many speakers from Japan.(Surprisingly around 30% of speakers are from Japan, mostly they were Ruby engineer. Elixir speaker was just 1 person.) In this conference, it was spoken about efforts toward Ruby3x3 by Ruby Maker Hiroyuki Matsumoto called Matz, particularly"Ruby3x3 will become to faster three times than current version Ruby2", and the latest development situations about Ruby.
3. Made explanation documents about Toko-Toko!
Since some people demand they want to know about Toko-Toko service more detail, especially about facilities, than https://toko-toko.id website, we made explanation documents aboutToko-Toko. If you need to know Toko-Toko detail, please let us know!
4. Started to direct interview!
I went to SENOPATI GREAT SALE and Indie Clothing expo and explain about Toko-Toko and try to start our service for attending shop owners. I met people who want to own online shop and already have own online shop but difficult to run effectively. They are surprised at Toko-Toko facilities and price and some people were registered at the time.

2.Toko-Tokoについてのインタビューをまとめました!
昨年からおこなっていたToko-Tokoに関するターゲットに向けたヒアリングインタビューをまとめました。インタビュー結果から浮き彫りになった機能ごとに対するターゲット層の期待度も共有でき、機能についての実装優先順位も見えてきました。
3.GladysがGnB Accelerator主催のRoadshow を観覧しました!
4月17日、GladysがJakartaで行われたGnB Accelerator主催のPitch eventを観覧してきました。
Q&Aコーナーでは、成功したスタートアップがどんなことに苦労し、どういうビジネスプランを立案し、成功させるためにどんな戦略をたてたか、競合がどうだったかなどを知ることができ自分たちに活かせるよい機会でした。
4.Toko-Tokoのプロモーション用グッズを準備しています!
現在、Toko-Tokoリニューアルリリースに向けて皆様に少しでもサービス名とロゴを覚えてもらうため、 T-シャツを作成しました！フロントには大きなToko-Tokoのロゴ、バックにはToko-Tokoの紹介ページに飛べるQRコードがあしらわれております。
Julianaも早速週末にT-シャツに合わせるためのToko-Tokoオレンジなベールを購入していました。ベールをファッションコーディネートに合わせて選べることを知り、オシャレの幅が拡がってて羨ましかったです。

最後になりましたが...現在のところToko-Tokoリニューアルリリースは5月中旬ごろを目標にしております。また正式に決まり次第、このReport内でも報告したいと思います!

Towards to the renewal release of Toko-Toko, we also have redone the Toko-Toko Facebook page. Since last week, Juliana started to post columns in Indonesian that will make you interested in things related to Toko-Toko features, and online business. Please check our page and click "Like"!

2.Gathered interviews about Toko-Toko!
We compiled interviews which were gathered from target layers about Toko-Toko. From interview results, we could also share the expectation of the targets and we have come to see the implementation priorities of the functions.
3.Gladys went to Roadshow event organized by GnB Accelerator
Gladys went to Roadshow organized by GnB Accelerator in Jakarta on 17th April. The Q&A session was good to know better and gain much information from the successful startup, what they struggle, what they planned, what they do to realize the strategy plan, what they compete, etc.
4.We are preparing promotional goods for Toko-Toko!
Currently, towards the Toko-Toko renewal release, we made the promotional t-shirt in order to have people remember our service name and logo! At the front, we put a big Toko-Toko logo, and on the back is a QR code that can take the user directly to Toko-Toko introduction page.
Juliana also purchased a nice veil that suitable for Toko-Toko orange color last weekend. With veils the coordination choice became more wider and more fashionable, it made me jealous.
Lastly
Last but not least ... Finally, the renewed Toko-Toko is scheduled to be released around mid May. I will announce the details through this report as soon as the official date is announced!

1. Women'week exhibitionに行ってきました!
先日作成したToko-Tokoのリーフレットを持って、SurabayaのRoyal Plaza Mallで開催されているWomen'week exhibition に行ってきました。 出展は、インドネシア各地からの伝統衣装や美容品、木製家具やアクセサリーなどインドネシアらしさをとても感じる店舗が多く、とてもよかったです。
自分たちの地域の名産品をインドネシア外にも知ってもらいたいと考えている販売者も多く、Toko-Tokoについてとても興味を持ってくれていました。
2. 新デザイナーが加わりました!
開発のスピードアップに伴い、新たに手伝ってもらう外部のデザイナーの人数を増やしました!そして、デザイナーとのタスク共有と進捗の把握のためにTrelloというタスク管理ツールを新たに導入しました。
3.Movieを公開しました！
遂に、Toko-Tokoの最新版イントロダクションムービーが完成し、Youtube上に公開されました! これさえ見ればToko-Tokoについての概要が分かるようになっていますので、ぜひ御覧ください!
4.木村が第 11 回 Growth Pitchに登壇しました!
弊社が入居しているFukuoka Growth NextのGrowth Pitchは、今回Fin techに関する企業が登壇する回でした。木村が弊社の事業内容について説明をおこない、多くの方から関心を持っていただくことができました!
最後に
Toko-Tokoのリリーススケジュールが見えてきて、いよいよリリースまでのカウントダウンができるようになってきました。忙しくなりそうですが、既に頂いてる反響や期待に応えられるよう頑張ります!
1.Went to Women'week exhibition
I went to Women'week exhibition at Royal Plaza Mall, Surabaya, I also brought the Toko-Toko's leaflets that I created the other day. The exhibition itself filled with many traditional goods from all over Indonesia such as costumes, beauty items, wooden furniture ,and accessories. It felt so "Indonesian". There were many sellers who wanted to introduce their products to outside Indonesia. They also were very interested in Toko-toko.
2.Added new designers!
To speed up the development process, we added new outsource designers. In addition, we installed the new tool called Trello to share the tasks with the designers and grasp the progress.
3.Released Official Toko-Toko introduction movie！
Finally, the latest version of Toko-toko introduction movie was completed and it was released on Youtube. You can see more details about Toko-Toko easily so don't miss it!
4.Ichiro Kimura participated in Growth Pitch vol.11 as a speaker
The Growth Pitch vol.11 of Fukuoka Growth Next, where our company is occupied was a platform where companies related to Fin-tech took place as speaker.
Ichiro Kimura introduced our business and was able to get interest from many people!
