1.第一回ECサイトを始めたい人向けのワークショップを開催しました！
10月18日に、弊社オフィスのあるCOCOWORK@UOB plazaで第一回ECサイトを始めたい人向けの小規模なワークショップを開催しました。今回の内容は「ECサイトを始める際に一番始めに考えること」「ECサイトを運営する中で忘れてはいけないこと」でした！ 参加者からも、わかりやすかった・ECサイトを始める際のイメージが湧いたという嬉しい反応をいただけました！更にブラッシュアップして第2回を開催する予定です。
2.Toko-Tokoのロゴ入りグッズを作りました！
イベントの開催に伴い、Toko-Tokoのロゴが入った実用的なグッズを作りました。 メモ帳とボールペンとT-シャツです。イベント参加者に配りましたが、好評でした！
Toko-Tokoを使ってMISHIWA というECサイトを開設しました！
自分たちでToko-Tokoを使ってECサイトを作りました。MISHIWAは日本の一点物の女性用アクセサリーを販売するサイトです。サイト運営を通じてサービスの改善を図っていきたいと思います。

Gladysが福岡出張中です！
日本チームとのコミュニケーションを図ったり、木村との今後についての打ち合わせのため、Gladysは今週から福岡オフィスに2週間滞在します。 Gladysの日本語は日本にいるだけで、驚くほど上達していきます…！
最後に
ずっと企画してみたかったイベントの主催を今回初めて担当してみて、インドネシアならではのセミナー慣習や見落としがちな準備があることがわかったりととても多くの学びがありました。今回感じたことを生かして今後につなげていきたいと思います。

1.Held the 1st offline workshop in COCOWORK space!
We organized and held the 1st offline small workshop for people who want to start the online business in COCOWORK space @ UOB plaza on 18th October. In this time, the contents of the workshop were "The first thing to think about when to start the online business" and "What you should not forget while operating an online business"! The participant was satisfied and she said that "Since I got the tip of online business I want to start the online business!" We have the plan to refine the content more and hold next time!
2.Made Toko-Toko's original goods
Along with the event, we made practical goods with Toko-Toko logo as a souvenir. There are memo pad, ballpoint, and T-shirt. We got a good reaction from our participants.
Launched MISHIWA online shop with Toko-Toko!
We made an EC site, called as MISHIWA using Toko-Toko. The background is to learn more about the online business directly. MISHIWA is an online shop that selling made in Japan accessories for women. We would like to improve the service through site management.

Gladys is on a business trip to Fukuoka!
Gladys will stay in the Fukuoka office for two weeks from this week in order to communicate with the Japanese team and to discuss the next direction and strategies with Kimura.
Gladys went to Fukuoka for 2weeks as the business trip because of making communicate smoothly and discuss with Ichiro about next direction and strategies. Gladys Japanese skill is improving amazingly when she stay in Japan.
Lastly...
It was my first experience in hosting and planning an event. There were so many things to learn. I also realized that Indonesia has a unique business seminar culture and oversight preparations. From this experience, we will continue to hold seminar repeatedly in the future.
