1. Toko-Adのプロトタイプを作りました!
Toko-Tokoユーザーの販促サポートサービスとしてToko-Adという新たなサービスを考えています。 ヒアリングのためのデモ用のプロトタイプを作成しました。今後、ユーザーフィット性を高めてサービス開始まで進めていきたいと思います！
2. 全メンバーでのsprint exerciseを定例化しました!
Jakartaのインドネシアチームと福岡のジャパンチーム、全員によるSprint exercise を始めました。認識の一致や大まかな道筋を社長も含めてフラットに案だしを行っていくことが特徴的です。各々の考える方向性や意見が活発に飛び交い、とても有効なミーティングになりました。
3. Gladysの出張2週間目始まりました!
先週に引き続き、Gladysは日本でJapan teamとミーティングを重ねていました。ミーティングから新たなプロジェクトも始動し始めました。
最後に
金曜日には福岡のメンバーでGladys 日本いらっしゃい＆2週間出張お疲れ様でしたの会を行いました。 日本の居酒屋で美味しい食事と美味しいお酒をいただきました!

1. Made a prototype of Toko-Ad!
We have a new service called Toko-Ad as a sales promotion support service for users. We have created the prototype for the demo for hearing. We will start the hearing with users and improve user-fitting for releasing.
2. Started sprint exercise on all members!
We started Sprint exercise for both Jakarta's Indonesian team and Fukuoka's Japan team. We can make a meeting and discuss with all members including CEO even make member's consensus. It became a very effective meeting since each opinion actively flared.
3. The 2nd week of Gladys business trip in Japan.
Continuing from last week, Gladys had a meeting with the Japan team in Japan. A new project started at the meeting.
Lastly
Japan team held a welcome party and wrap-up party for Gladys. They enjoyed the time with delicious Japanese meals and drinks!
